Fuzzy modeling and optimization based on energy consumption data of combined cooling, heating and power systems

Develops a simulation system of CCHP with TRNSYS, and collects the energy consumption data in the actual operation of a CCHP system. Based on the semi-tensor product method, establishes a fuzzy relation matrix model which can reflect the characteristics of the input and output variables. Optimizes each objective function of the system using the improved particle swarm searching strategy based on the time-of-use (TOU) electricity price. Determines the weight of each objective function by the two-element comparison method. Studies the multi-objective optimization of the CCHP system using the norm weighting method. The research results show that when achieving the optimal general cost as well as local optimal operation cost, environmental cost and configuration cost, the general cost of each typical day can be less than the total cost under the strategy of the optimal environmental cost and configuration cost as well as the overall cost of the production system.
